DAPBANGKAI/PKR tempatan dan luar, dan sekutunya dr. rejim PAP S'pura - disyaki akan menaikkan undi kpd. DAP di masa hadapan; ini disyaki antara MO DAPBANGKAI/PKR utk. MENJAJAH). Apakah Bumiputera miskin dr. kpg, termasuk yg. Islam, akan diberi peluang utk. memilii hartanah sedemikian - jgn. haraplah! Juga kebakaran yg. amat yg. sering menimpa kpg-kpg. di Bintulu spt. Kpg. KUCHING: Property developer Ibraco Bhd has obtained the green light from shareholders to go ahead with its ambitious joint-venture (JV) residential and commercial development project in booming industrial town Bintulu.
The two-phase development has a gross development value (GDV) of some RM530mil.
Ibraco’s 70%-owned subsidiary, Ibraco HGS Sdn Bhd, together with BDA Properties Sdn Bhd and Warisar Sdn Bhd, are partners in the JV project.
BDA Properties is 100%-owned by Bintulu Development Authority. Hiap Ghee Seng Development Sdn Bhd (HGS), which has a 30% stake in Ibraco HGS, is controlled by Chew Chiaw Han, who is the managing director of both Ibraco and HGS. Warisar is a subsidiary of Ibraco HGS….. “Response to the sales has been good as the project is in a prime location. More than 50% of the 75 units priced from RM1.2mil each have been taken up by buyers. …..Chew said the Bintulu JV project was Ibraco’s first major property development outside the state capital, where it has built and delivered more than 10,000 residential and commercial properties.
“The demand for commercial and residential properties in Bintulu is very good, as a lot of big investments are pouring into the industrial town due to Sarawak Corridor for Renewable Energy initiatives,” he added.
The newly established Samalaju Industrial Park outside the town is catering to energy-intensive industries like aluminium and ferro-alloy and manganese smelters.
Prices of residential and commerical properties in Bintulu, which is also home to Malaysia’s liquified natural gas (MLNG) complex and other petro-chemical plants, have overshot those in the state capital, according to the latest property report by CH Williams Talhar Wong & Yeo Sdn Bhd. Property prices there have risen to levels never seen before because of high demand from outsiders.
